This function is also of great help when you simply want to make a bag from a roll and therefore need to seal one end of the bag.
Another clever feature is its advanced Pulse Vacuum function to carefully vacuum-pack pressure-sensitive and delicate food. It allows for full manual control of the vacuuming process ensuring the food is not exposed to too much pressure. Choose a double seal and a moist food mode even for vacuuming foods that are likely to release moisture, such as raw meat.
With its unique Pulse Blow function, the Solis VertiVac Plus is our most versatile vacuum-packing system. Solis VertiVac Plus vacuum sealer helps you store freshly bought or opened food every day to reduce food waste and save money. When storing food in the freezer for a long time, vacuuming even offers protection against freezer frost.
Use rolls and bags up to 30 cm wide for vacuuming food or use closed vacuumed containers with the help of the suction hose with which the device is equipped. Containers are particularly suitable for vacuuming liquids and pressure-sensitive foods.
Its extremely powerful vacuum pump vacuums your food in an instant with a pressure of up to -0.8 bar and an extraction speed of 13 liters per minute. This is why the Solis VertiVac Plus is suitable for vacuuming even larger quantities of food.
The hygienic design of the appliance is reflected in the fingerprint-resistant cover made of high-quality stainless steel, and the control panel can be easily cleaned of food and remains hygienic at the same time. The integrated liquid collection container reliably collects the moisture released from moist food during the vacuuming process. The liquid collection container can be removed for easy cleaning.
As found in many Solis products, this vacuum cleaner is designed with a clever power cord storage compartment at the base of the unit that wraps and hides the unused cord.
