In the vacuum state, your food will be neatly and safely packed. When storing food in the freezer, the vacuum will protect the food from freezer frost.
Opt for fully automatic sealing or choose the manual mode for instant sealing, which could be useful if you simply want to make a bag from a roll and therefore need to seal one end of the bag or if you want to stop the vacuuming process. 2 vacuum settings allow for a normal vacuum speed and a gentle vacuum speed that may be required for pressure sensitive foods.
