Electric table grills
Electric grills as a grilling unit use an electric element to supply a constant source of heat. Since there is no flame, no other fuel, such as gas or charcoal, is needed. The grill grate, on which the food is placed, is placed above the electric element, and a drip tray is placed at the bottom of the unit to collect the extra fat and juices that drip from the food during grilling.
Another style of electric grill is one that has a solid grill grate with deep grooves where grease and oil collect. The grate is slightly inclined towards the drip pan where the fat and oil collected in the grooves will flow. This solid grid sits on top of the heating element.
Solis electric stainless steel grills use large grilling surfaces. The reversible grill plate is easy to remove and can be washed in the dishwasher. Grills come with additional accessories such as spatulas, pans, fondue pot or lid-bell.
